We don’t bill insurance providers directly, but we can provide receipts and/or documentation for reimbursement when applicable. Some families may be able to use benefits for services such as overnight support (night nursing) or in-home sick care (within scope). Health Spending Accounts (HSA) may be used if your plan allows. Book a consultation to understand more.
If you need help with forms, we can support you with the information typically required for claims.
SuperNurse is not an emergency service. If your child has trouble breathing, is difficult to wake, has a serious injury, or you are otherwise very concerned, call emergency services (911) or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Your Super Nurse or NP can help with guidance for non-emergency situations and follow-up support after urgent or emergency care.
