WHEN TO CALL US
Parents call us when the day is too much.
"My partner is back at work already"
Your partner is back at work early with no paternity leave, and you need the extra set of hands they cannot give you.
"I have a day I cannot miss"
You are in a wedding, or have a day you cannot miss, and you need someone you trust completely with a delicate newborn.
"My partner is away for work"
Your spouse is travelling for work and you need real coverage while they are gone.
"I just need a break"
You need a break. That is a complete reason, and it does not need explaining.
"We moved and have no village"
You moved to a new province or a new city, and you do not have a village yet.
"I want to learn how to care for my baby"
You want hands-on education from a nurse on newborn care, feeding, sleep, soothing, and what to watch for, so you feel more confident caring for your baby.

CLINICAL OVERSIGHT
Direct access to a Nurse Practitioner.

No other in-home newborn care in the GTA offers this level of clinical back-up. It is the oversight you would expect in a hospital, brought quietly into your home.
