WHEN TO CALL US
Parents come to us before the baby does.
"I want to know infant CPR"
You want to learn infant CPR before you need it, with your own hands, not from a video.
"I've read everything and trust none of it"
You have read everything and still cannot tell which advice to trust.
"The hospital class won't work for us"
The hospital class is full, cancelled, or a room of forty strangers where your questions never get asked.
"I want help lined up before the birth"
You are arranging support before the birth, because sorting it out at 3am on day four is too late.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Every visit, held to a clinical standard
Infant CPR and safety
Hands-on practice with the skills every parent hopes never to need.
Feeding preparation
Breast, bottle and combination feeding, what's normal, what helps, what to expect.
Safe sleep
Evidence-based sleep set-up for your actual nursery, not a generic slide deck.
The fourth trimester
What recovery really looks like, and how to plan support before you need it.
Your questions
Private one-on-one time with your nurse, not a room full of strangers' questions.
Created by our founders
Built by our NP Medical Director and Licensed Nurse founders, so you get your information straight from the source.
CLINICAL OVERSIGHT
Direct access to a Nurse Practitioner.
Every SuperNurse family has access to a Nurse Practitioner, a clinician who can assess, diagnose, advise and prescribe. Our NP Medical Director brings frontline pediatric emergency experience, reviews every care plan, sets our clinical protocols and backs your nurse on every visit.
No other in-home newborn care in the GTA offers this level of clinical back-up. It is the oversight you would expect in a hospital, brought quietly into your home.

HOW IT UNFOLDS
Learn it before you live it.
From first call to first night, quietly handled. No intake portals, no call centres, no strangers.
