WHEN TO CALL US

Families call us in the middle of it.

"It's our first baby and we're on our own"

You are bringing home your first baby with no family nearby, and no real idea what week two is going to feel like.

"I need to actually recover"

You had a caesarean or a hard birth, and you need to actually recover instead of pushing through it.

"There's more than one of them"

Twins. Or a toddler who still needs you in the morning, no matter how the night went.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Every visit, held to a clinical standard

Day and night coverage

Overnight shifts, daytime visits or both, arranged in blocks around your family's needs.

Feeding support

Latch help, bottle and pumping guidance, and early identification of concerns like mastitis or tongue-tie.

Your recovery

Incision and bleeding monitoring, pain check-ins and postpartum mood screening on every shift.

Newborn assessment

Weight, feeding, jaundice and breathing watched by a clinical eye, visit after visit.

Parent coaching

Every skill taught, never gatekept, so you grow more capable each week.

NP oversight

Your care plan is written and reviewed by our Nurse Practitioner Medical Director.

CLINICAL OVERSIGHT

Direct access to a Nurse Practitioner.

Every SuperNurse family has access to a Nurse Practitioner, a clinician who can assess, diagnose, advise and prescribe. Our NP Medical Director brings frontline pediatric emergency experience, reviews every care plan, sets our clinical protocols and backs your nurse on every visit.

No other in-home newborn care in the GTA offers this level of clinical back-up. It is the oversight you would expect in a hospital, brought quietly into your home.
