Behind every SuperNurse: hands-on training and medical education, with specialized focus in newborn, paediatric and postpartum care.

WHEN TO CALL US
Parents call us for the night shift
"Nobody volunteers for the night shift"
Newborns feed every one to two hours for the first two months. You need to catch up on sleep, and family will help, but nobody volunteers for the night shift.
"It's our first baby and I'm scared"
It is your first baby, you are frightened, and you want an expert in your home rather than a forum thread at 3am.
"The other kids still need me at 7am"
You have other children at home who still need you in the morning, whatever the night looked like.
"I can't pour from an empty cup"
Healthy parents give the best care. Your sleep is not a luxury, it is part of your baby's care plan.
"Feeding has taken over the entire night"
By the time you feed, burp, settle, pump, and clean up, it is almost time to start again. A SuperNurse can support the overnight routine so you can get longer stretches of uninterrupted rest.
"My body needs time to recover too"
You are healing from birth while caring for a newborn around the clock. Overnight nursing support gives your body protected time to rest and recover while your baby is cared for safely nearby.

CLINICAL OVERSIGHT
Direct access to a Nurse Practitioner.
Every SuperNurse family has access to a Nurse Practitioner, a clinician who can assess, diagnose, advise and prescribe. Our NP Medical Director brings frontline pediatric emergency experience, reviews every care plan, sets our clinical protocols and backs your nurse on every visit.
No other in-home newborn care in the GTA offers this level of clinical back-up. It is the oversight you would expect in a hospital, brought quietly into your home.

FAMILIES WE'VE CARED FOR
They slept, so we could too.
Reviews left by families we have cared for.
“Since I was breastfeeding, Kassandra would bring my daughter to me when it was time for her to eat. I was able to immediately rest after as Kassandra soothed my daughter and put her back to sleep.”

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions families ask about this service.
Typically 10pm to 6am. Your nurse arrives before bedtime for handover and leaves after a morning report.
Only if you want to be. If you are breastfeeding, your nurse can bring your baby to you and take over the settling afterwards so you go straight back to sleep.
Anywhere from two nights to every night. Families expecting twins or recovering from a caesarean often start heavier and taper.
Overnight dates fill by due month, so the third trimester is the usual point to reserve.
